Gratitudes: 
1. Inspector has been out to the house to see what needs to be done to remediate the asbestos and some other issues.   Waiting now on estimate to see what that comes back looking like.

    valley of the sun? i'm there...it has been a constantly gray and dreary winter here and today is another one...it's covers over the head weather...like your moose lunch bag!
