Wolf, Part 2

I've been working on this quilt in the mornings before I leave for work.    I'm now have 16 rows completed for a total of 528 squares sewn together so far.   Only another 1122 squares yet to go before this quilt is finished.

The black in the top, center of the quilt section shown below is the tip of the nose of the wolf.

Gratitudes:

1. For my foot not hurting as I did a not-so happy dance when the sewer roach crawled across my bare foot last night.

2. For making progress in my packing.

Ugh, I hate ALL roaches! They serve a great purpose, I just want them to do it OUTSIDE! Ditto ants, wasps, and other insects. I keep pet spiders around to eat other bugs. LOL

I really love how this is progressing. I'm so tempted to make it.

Oh, I need to make this quilt for my daughter - she loves wolves!! And the colors are the ones she loves! I am with you on the roaches...hate them! I am lucky to live where they usually aren't found in homes (low humidity is such a blessing), but I never found any when I was living in Florida either. In Texas, I have seen them crawling across parking lots!! Nothing will get your heart racing like turning on the light in the kitchen in the middle of the night and seeing a palmetto bug (looked like a 6" long roach to me) on the counter. Now for some interesting nightmares tonight!!
