This month has been one of those month when not much has gotten done thanks to the continued healing of my eye after the retina surgeries back in August and July. This has definitely been a slower process than I'd expected, and it's still going on.
During the month I did see a picture of a quilt that I liked and it will work great to use some of the remaining 6.5" squares from the inherited stash. And with that decision I've managed to make some of the needed HST's for the blocks and trim the scrap squares needed to 5.5" instead of 6.5 they are currently cut at. Had to recut the HST's because I managed to cut them at 5.75" instead of 5.5"......sigh gotta love having lousy depth perception currently.Don't forget to check out what everyone else has done this month.

Gratitudes:
1. Eye is healing slowly
2. Work on my inherited house is finally moving along, hoping to move in by the end of October.

Having read your other post, looks like all energy is going towards house rennovation at the moment. I'm surprised you found any time to play with scraps!
Love your blocks especially the 10" x 20" block.
Well done on pressing on despite the bad eye. Hope you recover soon, and the best of luck with the renovations.
