Mail Surprise

Got a surprise in the mail (through Amazon) when it was delivered after my vacation.  I know I didn't order it, but there was no name telling me who it was from......

But I love these blocks and they are paper-pieced.   I'm thinking I might have to try some of them with my teeny batik scraps.  =)

Gratitudes:

1. For unexpected fun surprises in the mail

2. For friends who have enough knowledge to help know what kind of bandage will help with the pain I've been having in my arm.

I love the New York Beauty blocks and the geese going in a circle...sigh. The only thing I don't like about them is setting them in a block - that circle thing just doesn't work for me! And you just know I won't be doing anything that requires hand sewing!! Can't wait to see what you do with them!

Hmmm. There was supposed to be a gift receipt with a message! I was worried that it would get sent back before you got home, because I got a message saying they tried to deliver it and left a slip for instructions, and it was still more than a week before you'd be home! Merry Christmas. It was supposed to say that, too.
