Binding was sewn down on this wall hanging. Now to write up the pattern for it so it can be released with the next BOM block.
The binding was sewn down on this UFO quilt. Finished size was approximately 48" square. Blocks were from a long ago Favorite Fabric Swap with a group of online friends. There just enough left of the border fabric to make the binding with no scraps leftover.
This has gone in the mail to my niece as a baby gift for her new daughter.
Backing and label.
And close up of the the Label for the quilt.
Final thing finished was this commissioned passport holder. Finally figured out how to easily put in a zippered pocket on it.
Gratitudes:
1. Unexpected half day holiday here at work today....woohooo
2. Rain held off over the weekend.

So did you go in late, or you get off early for Mr. Columbus? What are you going to do with that gift of time? Your weekend was definitely productive! That label is so cute. My labels are always so lame. When I remember them at all! Good news on easy zippered pocket - now did you write it down so you remember it? LOL And is it raining now? We haz sunshine! But I will find the rain in Nauvoo on Friday, and some cold with it!
Congratulations on your productive weekend! Great work. Love the teddy bears!
Great quilts!!! My dad and a cousin were in the Navy, my ex was a Marine, my uncle, a cousin and one daughter were/is in the Air Force and another daughter is in the Army...that first quilt would be a great one for me to make - love it!! I especially love the fabric on the Army bear!!
